I am an Instructor in Bioengineering at the University of Louisville, where I integrate teaching, research, and academic leadership to support student success and innovation. I emphasize a student-centered, application-driven approach that fosters engagement, critical thinking, and mentorship.

I serve as Director of the Master of Engineering program, overseeing student progression and program quality, and as Co-Director of the Nanotherapeutics Laboratory. My research interests span nanoparticle-based drug delivery and engineering education, with a focus on developing natural delivery strategies and addressing misconceptions that impact access to STEM fields. Overall, my work aims to advance both biomedical innovation and inclusive, effective engineering education.
