Dr. Nicholas Hoffmann is a clinical psychologist and behavior analyst specializing in the assessment and treatment of individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities, particularly autism. He completed both his undergraduate and graduate training at Eastern Kentucky University. As part of his training, he participated in the Human Development Institute’s Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) program.

Dr. Hoffmann completed his APA-accredited doctoral internship at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health’s Center for Autism Research and Education Services and the Community Adult Autism Partnership Program. He subsequently completed his postdoctoral fellowship at Devereux’s Center for Autism Education Services.

His clinical and research interests include developing psychological and behavioral interventions that balance the perspectives of the neurodiversity movement with the skill-building and mental health needs of the individuals he serves. Additionally, Dr. Hoffmann has a strong interest in developing cost-effective, parent-mediated intervention technologies designed to provide interim support for clients who are waitlisted for more comprehensive services.
