SPONSORED PROJECTS

Research Interests and Expertise:
- Phase II Metabolomics: Developed a comprehensive LC-MS-based platform for Phase II metabolomics, focusing on metabolites historically excluded from exposome-wide analyses. These metabolites serve as ideal markers for individual exposure to VOCs, xenobiotics, and endogenous metabolic products.
- Integrated Library-Guided Analysis: Our analytical approach for profiling Phase II metabolites.
- I have unique expertise in Stable Isotope Resolved Metabolomics (SIRM) - I have developed several workflows for analysis of labeled MS datasets.
- I also specialize in the analysis and discovery of biomarkers of exposure (to tobacco products, xenobiotics, and other environmental chemicals)
- I develop untargeted, targeted, and pseudo-targeted exposomics methods
- I leverage MS Excel, PowerQuery, and Pivot Tables to analyze and process complex data. And yes, I consider this an advanced skill.
