Rebecca H. Mercke, DMD, is a Professor in the Department of Diagnosis & Oral Health at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry (ULSD), where she teaches across subjects including head and neck anatomy, periodontology, oral pathology, and pain and anxiety control. A ULSD alumna, she previously practiced as a general dentist and dental hygienest. Dr. Mercke is active in professional service and has earned numerous teaching and academic honors throughout her career.
