Dr. Kluger is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Louisville and the director of the Center for Transportation Innnovation. He has published more than 20 journal articles encompassing transportation-focused areas including safety, planning, simulation, and data quality. His funding sources include state/local government and the National Science Foundation.
