Roberto Chulluncuy Rivas is a vascular neurologist and stroke specialist based in Louisville, Kentucky, affiliated with UofL Health. Dr. Chulluncuy Rivas earned his medical degree from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas School of Medicine.
