Ryan Froese received his PhD from DePaul University. His research focuses on modern German philosophy, metaphysics, and theories of normativity. He is especially interested in the relationship between logic and metaphysics, immanent critique, and the role of modality in these domains. His current projects explore the relationship between necessity and philosophical method, the role of possibility in competing conceptions of the good, and Kantian autonomy.
