I am a licensed psychologist specializing in the treatment of pediatric eating disorders across inpatient and outpatient settings. My work centers on supporting children, adolescents, and their families as they navigate the challenges of recovery, with a focus on evidence-based interventions, family involvement, and continuity of care.

As the Clinical Director of Norton Children's eating disorder program, I help lead a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, dietitians, clinicians, and social workers in delivering comprehensive, protocol-driven care. I am passionate about program development, staff training, and creating systems that ensure consistency, safety, and compassion in treatment.

My clinical approach emphasizes:
-Collaborative family-based treatment (FBT) and cognitive-behavioral frameworks
-Psychoeducation tailored to patients, caregivers, and staff
-Standardization of inpatient protocols (meal support, privileges, sitter guidelines, discharge planning)

In addition to direct patient care, I dedicate time to developing training materials, supervising interns and early-career clinicians, and strengthening partnerships with community and national treatment programs.
