Sara Petruska, MD, sees patients through the University of Louisville Physicians Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women's Health practice. She completed her Doctor of Medicine degree in 2000 at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida and residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at SUNY Stony Brook Medical Center in New York, where she graduated as the Adminstrative Chief Resident in 2004. Dr. Petruska joined the Stony Brook faculty after graduation and in 2008 completed Stony Brook's Medical Education Fellowhip Certificate Program.

In 2008, Dr. Petruska relocated to the University of Louisville School of Medicine where she has served as Residency Program Director and Student Clerkship Director. Dr. Petruska currently serves as a Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women's Health, Medical Director for Labor and Delivery and as the Associate Dean for Admissions for the University of Louisville School of Medicine.
