Sarah K. Wagers, M.D., is a specialist in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) and is board-certified in brain injury medicine. She completed her undergraduate degree, medical school, and residency at the University of Louisville. She has a special interest in patients with acquired brain injury in both the civilian and veteran populations.
