Dr. Sarah Ehsani is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Diagnosis and Oral Health at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran, in 2022.

Before joining the University of Louisville, Dr. Ehsani practiced general dentistry in public clinics in Iran, where she provided comprehensive patient care and developed a strong interest in academic dentistry. In her current role, she is involved in the clinical education of dental and dental hygiene students.

In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Dr. Ehsani is actively involved in research within the Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Clinic. Her work focuses on the application of artificial intelligence in oral healthcare, particularly in diagnostic imaging and systematic reviews. She collaborates on projects investigating the use of machine learning to improve the diagnosis and classification of oral and maxillofacial conditions and contributes to research in evidence synthesis and emerging technologies in dentistry.

Dr. Ehsani has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and is committed to advancing patient care through research, education, and the integration of innovative technologies into clinical practice.
