Shane Kelley is a clinical faculty member in the Human Resources and Organizational Development program at the University of Louisville. He has served in higher education leadership roles in both student support and faculty administration. Additionally, he has mentored numerous doctoral students of higher education to candidacy and degree conferral. His classroom focus in the HROD program is adult learning, organizational behavior, and instructional development. Research interests include faculty satisfaction, learning efficacy, leadership, and andragogy.
