Dr. Shivani Parikh is an Obstetrics, Gynecology, & Women's Health physician, specializing in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS). She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology, minor in Psychology, from Saint Louis University in 2014. She went on to receive her MD from the Saint Louis University School of Medicine in 2018. Her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology was completed in 2022 at TriHealth in Cincinnati, OH. Dr. Parikh graduated from her MIGS specialization fellowship from the University of Louisville in 2024.

Dr. Parikh was hired by UofL in September 2024 and serves as an Assistant Professor of MIGS, in the department of Obstetrics, Gyencology, & Women's Health. She serves on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee, the Global Health Committee, and the SurgeryU Editoral Board for AAGL.
