Vidya Prabhu, DMD, MSD, serves as a part-time faculty member in the Periodontics Residency Program at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, where she contributes to the training and professional development of residents preparing for careers in specialty practice. Dr. Prabhu completed her undergraduate education at Augustana College before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Case Western Reserve University. She went on to complete specialty training in periodontics and advanced implantology at Indiana University, where she also earned a Master of Science in Dentistry. In addition to her academic role, Dr. Prabhu practices full time at Southern Roots Periodontics and Dental Implant Specialists in Northern Kentucky.
