Dr. Lenger, M.D., is an Obstetrics, Gynecology, & Women’s Health physician, specializing in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS). She received her Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, Chemical Engineering, at the University of Missouri in 2009. She went on to receive her MD from the University of Missouri in 2013. Her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology was completed in 2017 at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. In 2020, Dr. Lenger graduated from her fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (now URPS) at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Simultaneously, she completed the Postdoctoral Mentored Training Program in Clinical Investigation, also at WashU, and received her certificate in Clinical Investigation.

Dr. Lenger became an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Women’s Health at the University of Louisville in 2020. Since then, she has served as core fellowship residency faculty for URPS and is currently the URPS Division Director. In 2022, she completed the “Leadership and Innovation in Academic Matters” Program at UofL and in 2025 she was promoted to Associate Professor.
