There are four areas of research interest in my laboratory:

1) Metabolic regulation of genes by epigenetic rythmic control of genes turning on and off by DNA methylatyon/demethyaltion by diet.

2) Chronic systemic heart failure e.g., during aging, hypertension and diabetes.

3) Systemic cardiac remedeling by MMPs ADAMTS, and TIMPS.

4) Renal remodeling
