As Head of Web Services for UofL Libraries, I promote independent learning by creating web experiences that help people find what they need with as few obstacles as possible. In addition to designing and coding web pages, I provide web training for library employees, head the University Libraries' Web Management Team, and oversee the public web presence of the University of Louisville Libraries.

My research interests include democratization of information on local history via digital tools, web design in libraries, user experience, and branding.
