Vibha Nayak, MD is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Nephrology and Hypertension at the University of Louisville. She currently serves as Program Director for the Nephrology Fellowship Program and as Medical Director of the University Kidney Center Home Dialysis Program with a special focus on home dialysis modalities including peritoenal dialysis and home hemodialysis.
