Dr. Owczarzak graduated Magna cum laude from Drexel University MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine.  She was a member of AOA and did a year of research at the National Institutes of Health.  She completed a year of general surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami and another year at Columbia University.  She completed her residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital; Cornell and Columbia University Campuses in New York CIty.  She completed a one-year fellowship specializing in Pediatric Otolaryngology at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, TX.  

Dr. Owczarzak has been on staff at Texas Children's Hospital and at Otolaryngology Associates in Fairfax, VA before moving to Louisville in 2017.

Dr. Owczarzak treats a wide range of pediatric ENT problems including sleep apnea, ear infections, hearing loss, speech delay and head and neck masses.  She also participates in a multidisciplinary clinic for children with complex aerodigestive issues.   In addition, she teaches 2 classes at the University of Louisville SOM.

Outside of work Dr. Owczarzak enjoys biking, hiking, camping and reading.  She has 4 children and 2 dogs with her husband Dr. Jerry Lin.
