Vitaliy Skorodziyevskiy is an Assistant Professor of Management & Entrepreneurship in the College of Business at the University of Louisville. His research examines strategy and innovation in family firms—especially corporate entrepreneurship, socioemotional wealth, CEO activism and CSR, and stakeholder perceptions. He teaches MBA courses in Strategic Analysis and Corporate Entrepreneurship. His work bridges scholarly insight and practice, helping leaders understand when and how governance, reputation, and entrepreneurial action shape performance in family and nonfamily firms.
