William E. Collins, DMD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Comprehensive Dentistry at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and serves as Clinic Director for the Paducah practice. A UofL School of Dentistry graduate, he previously spent many years in private practice in Pikeville and later served as dental director for the Red Bird Dental Clinic in Beverly, Kentucky. His work has long focused on improving access to care for underserved populations, including patients in recovery, reflecting his belief that everyone deserves quality dental care.
