My major daily work is to supervise students, scholars and lab technicians to carry out multiple research projects in the lab, to write research proposal applications and paper manuscripts for publication, to participate NIH, VA and DOD review panels for assessment of proposal applications and editorial boards for scientific journals such as Cells, Scientific Reports, microRNA etc, to review manuscripts for journals, to attend internaltional, national and local conferences and meetings with posters and oral presentations.
